Prices are per person, per night, including our ¾ pampering board. The local tax of €3.50 and the tourism tax of €1.00 per person (from 14 years) per night is not included and is payable on-site.
*Your 3/4 pampering board starts on the day of arrival at 2:30 pm with an afternoon snack and ends on the day of departure at 11:00 am after breakfast

Deposit
We kindly ask for a 30% advance payment via credit card or bank transfer. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be fully retained. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the accommodation. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount immediately by credit card or bank transfer.

Payment
Please note that cash payments in Italy are limited to €4,999.99 per reservation. We gladly accept the remaining balance or full amount via credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex, and EC-card).

Cancellation policy
Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
Up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fees. From 13 to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the total package price will be charged. In the last week before arrival, or in the event of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, we charge 100% of the total cost.

Majestic Resorts cancellation protection
Our cancellation protection is automatically added at a rate of €5.00 per night unless you expressly indicate that you do not wish to take out insurance. This travel protection covers illness, accidents, or death, upon submission of a doctor’s certificate.

Booking specific room numbers
We are happy to consider special room requests, but we cannot guarantee the reservation of specific room numbers or floors! Additionally: please note that the decor of the rooms may vary slightly from the photos, though the size and layout will remain the same.

Weekend stays
We ask for your understanding that we can only offer limited weekend stays from Thursday to Sunday (winter season). Stays from Friday to Sunday can only be booked at short notice.
